At TRAKKA, we’re always striving to push the boundaries of innovation and comfort in our motorhomes. The latest advancement in our MY25 models for the Torino, Akuna, and Jabiru motorhomes is the introduction of LED lighting panels, elevating the interior ambiance to new heights.
In 2019, we revolutionised motorhome lighting with integrated thin, cool-feel strip lighting featuring touch switching with dimming function. These lights were strategically placed throughout the interior, allowing for individualised control and a customisable lighting experience. Now, we are excited to sneak preview the next evolution in MY25 lighting with larger LED panels.
Our new LED lighting panels are thoughtfully hidden behind 3D ceiling panels and smaller panels integrated under lockers for a completely seamless transition from cabinetry to light. This innovative approach ensures a sleek and clean look while providing superior lighting and easy serviceability. The LED panels emit a warmer light, creating a natural, filtered light effect that enhances the depth and ambiance of the interior space. This upgrade moves us even further away from dated spot lighting, offering a more thorough and even distribution of light throughout the camper interior. These lights can even be operated from a convenient phone app.
We’ve minimised roof intrusions and maximised roof space to accommodate essentials like roof-mounted 60V solar upgrades, with 690W in the MWB models and 920W in the LWB models. For those who love natural light, our motorhomes include rear opening doors, rear door screened windows and sliding rear door insect screen. The camper side bedroom screened windows now measure an impressive 985mm in length (previously 750mm).
Along with plenty of light, to ensure we're optimising air flow, we’ve incorporated reverse cycle ducted air conditioning with fan function that flows through rear vents and a front vent. For those who prefer direct air flow, we offer a new bladeless fan option, providing the comfort of a ceiling fan at home and a more powerful (8kWh)/efficient diesel room heater option for those long, remote snow stays.
While the focus of this update is on our innovative lighting solutions, no compromise has been made on other essential features. TRAKKA remains light years ahead covering all bases and ensuring you have the ultimate comfortable motorhome experience.
