If it’s time for an adventure and you think you may not be home for a while, our star coachbuilt model – The Trakkaway 700 Remote – is the only way to travel. At a compact 7 metres in length, and complete with a rear slide out for the island bed, this home-away-from-home includes an impressive amount of space right throughout the interior. Built from a Fiat Ducato Cab with upgraded AL-KO chassis, this motorhome is utterly primed for independent travel.
Small on the outside yet big on the inside... The Trakkaway is easily managed with effortless maneuverability. Designed with separate living areas for travellers with the freedom to tour longer term. This luxury home on wheels is ready for a Trakkaway 700 adventure with no special licence requirements.
A designated Remote model, the Trakkaway 700 motorhome is made for off-grid travel. The Remote part of the 700’s name is largely due to this motorhome being LPG-free. Hot water, ducted central heating and cooktop are diesel fuelled. These appliances are very efficient, economical and simple to operate. This one fuel system alleviates re-filling gas bottles (which can be tricky in the outback) and the now easier fuel stops will have you back on the road quicker.
240 Watts of solar (360 Watts with Alfresco Upgrade) ensures self-sufficient camping outside of traditional caravan powered sites.
To enjoy the open road you need seamless transition between travelling and camping; lounging and dining. The Trakkaway features extra seating for an additional 2 in the form of a double lounge behind the front driver & passenger seats. If its friends or family you're taking on a day trip, TRAKKA have included ADR approved retractable lap-sash seat belts for safety, wide bolstered seat base and comfortably angled back rest for longer drives and day lounging. Both front driver and passenger seats swivel to open up the front cabin area when camping.
A large multi-position dining table stows in the bedroom when not in use and a coffee table folds up for casual stops. Technology includes USB and 12 volt charging points close by and provision for the 55 cm TV/DVD that swivels and height adjusts for optimal viewing.
A premium outdoor experience is just as important as comfort and luxury indoors so we've included a few features in the exterior of our coach-built motorhome conversion to provide the ultimate adventure. Included is an electric side awning and LED strip lighting, work bench for hosting drinks or assistance throughout meal prep, power outlet as well as a wide powered side entry step and grab handle.
An optional upgraded Alfresco Pack heightens the experience even further. This upgrade includes additional 50 Litre external compressor fridge/freezer, hot/cold wash up facility that doubles as an external shower, soft close utensil drawer and solar upgrade to 360 Watts.
TRAKKA’s patented Switch Mode Bathroom is a clever all-in-one fibreglass module that offers spacious showering, powder room OR a toilet at the touch of a button. The toilet stays out of the way and dry when showering, while a screen covers your towels and toilet paper.
Standing on a teak grate keeps you out of the water while an automatic pump drains excess water away. Inclusions of the Trakkaway bathroom are wash basin, toiletries cabinet and towel rails. As well as an LED back-lit mirror for ambient lighting, a large opening roof vent and window for additional ventilation and light.
Unique to TRAKKA's 700 is the innovative rear slide out designed for the island bed. Whether you’re inside or outside the Trakkaway, watch the slide out feature of the 700 in action with the touch of a button. The one piece composite construction is seamless; with no joins or visible mechanisms. A innovative design, access to bathroom and kitchen is not compromised when the slide out hasn't been extended.
A good sleep in a permanent North/South 1.95m long island bed is essential. The 700 boasts plenty of comfortable standing room, 3 large screened windows, reading lights with dimming function and a large skylight for natural light and ventilation. In addition to the island bed with dual drawers, the 700’s bedroom also includes twin wardrobes, overhead lockers, bedside tables, room fan, additional TV/DVD and a privacy room divider.
Traditionally campervans have used a LPG or spirit stove. TRAKKA have found newer diesel fuelled technology provides a smarter, versatile cooking solution. The diesel stove is easy to use and it's simple design enables you to comfortably cook inside, not matter the weather outside.
With no gas to source or store and no open flame within the Trakkaway interior, the diesel cooktop provides a single, safe fuel source. Minimal fuel is drawn from the main diesel tank and the stove is powered from the 12 Volt house battery so you can be in the middle of nowhere for an extended period of time, relying on just the one fuel source.
The ceramic plate is heat adjustable and capable of housing a couple of pots or pans at one time and toasting delicious Smores.
8 large overhead lockers throughout motorhome for practical storage of items like crockery, microwave, folded clothing and books.
Body is composite sandwich panel constructed from fibreglass and moisture resistant high-density foam.

"When I try and pin point my favourite feature, it's impossible. The diesel cook top, room and water heater are a dream, so easy for me. The retractable toilet means there is no wasted space or over cluttering. The extendable area at the rear, for the bed, makes moving around and making the bed as easy as at home.
I would have no trouble recommending Trakka. I have definitely got what I paid for, a quality, first class home on wheels that I can live and travel in very comfortably with room for everything that I need. Love it, one of the best choices I've made." - Donna
